The first seasonal flowers of the colder season are very easy of habit and with a little care, they give plenty of healthy flowers in lovely yellow/ orange hues which begin to bud come October. They also perfume the air specially as the mercury begins to dip with a refreshing sweet smell.

Hi,
Can you pls tell me if Marigolds are seasonal? I have a few that flowered for several months and then suddenly dried up and died.
But seeds of the same have produced healthy plants at the same spot.
Do they have a short life?
Can you also tell me how long a plant will last?
